Cloisonne Rosaries Cloisonne is a technique invented by the Chinese nearly six centuries ago. The multi-step process uses copper strips laid in intricate patterns over a base mold. Enamel, colored by the addition of different metallic ores is applied and then a series of polishing and gilding takes places to seal the piece and prevent corrosion. These cloisonne rosaries are copyrighted designs and all hand made in the USA backed with a lifetime guarantee.
