If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Classic Rosaries, you
may return it within
10 days after receiving it for replacement or refund. The purchase amount
will be refunded less shipping unless the item was damaged getting to
you originally.
Package Return Process

order to give you an
RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization):

referred to, this number appeared on the last page of the shopping
cart after you placed your order. It was also in your confirmation

RETURNS WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING
FEE.
All merchandise (unless damaged in shipping) must be returned to us in
new re-sellable condition with the original box,
product literature, and packaging materials. Failure to include these
materials may result in our not being able to
refund the entire order amount.

Some products are drop shipped from either the manufacturer
or another location. Regardless of point of origin all merchandise must
be returned to the above address for proper credit. Merchandise not returned
to the above address is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Packaging the Return Order
Please package all returns carefully. We suggest you check
with the shipping service you will be using to return
your package to insure that the package is packed properly. We also suggest
you purchase insurance on the package
equal to the value of the merchandise. You are responsible for return
shipping charges. You are also responsible for
any damage that may occur during return shipping.
Damage Policy
If your package arrives damaged, please notify the delivery person immediately.
We must be notified of any shortage
or damaged merchandise within 5 business days.
